Four People Arrested & Charged in Connection with Green Bay Carjacking & Beating

Four Suspects Arrested in Carjacking/Beating on Green Bay's West Side

Green Bay, WI - Four people are behind bars after they allegedly beat a 19-year-old Green Bay man and later dumping him at an address in Howard after stealing his 2006 black BMW.

Police received a 9-1-1 call at approximately 7:30 pm on Wednesday, November 29, from a man who said his cousin was jumped, beaten, and his car stolen from Burger King on Military Avenue. The victim initially refused rescue for a head injury that occurred from the incident.

The lone female suspect, Luz Ramirez-Rodriguez, 19, reportedly met the victim at the fast food restaurant, got into his BMW and lured him to an apartment building in Howard. That is where the 3 male suspects were waiting for the victim. Antonio Sheppard-22, Ali Hood-18, and Cheyton Hayden-Soun-17, allegedly pistol whipped and beat the victim. They then reportedly drove him to the East side of Green Bay and ordered him to withdraw as much money as he could from an ATM machine. The suspects then drove the victim around for a while, dumping him in a neighborhood in Howard.

The 19-year-old victim then walked up to a random home, asking to use a phone to call a family member. The homeowners thought it was all suspicious and called police.

Hood and Hayden-Soun had taken the victim's car and left town. They were later spotted by sheriffs in Ozaukee County. At approximately 1 am yesterday, police tried to stop the vehicle but the suspects led them on a high speed chase, which ended when they crashed in a field.

The suspects are in Brown County Jail this evening, facing multiple charges including vehicle theft, aggravated assault - intending great bodily harm, false imprisonment, and armed robbery. Multiple suspects have also been charged with probation violations.
