Rash of Armed Robberies in Green Bay Area



Green Bay, WI - A rash of robberies in the Green Bay area continued Monday night at 1152 S. Military Avenue at the Dollar General store. A light skinned male, approximately 5 foot 8 inches tall, heavyset, wearing a black hoodie entered the store sometime after 9 pm armed with a knife and demanded money. No one was injured and the suspect escaped with an undisclosed amount of money. If anyone has information concerning this case, please call the Green Bay Police Department at (920) 448-3208. 



Subway at 1641 Commanche Ave in Green Bay was robbed Sunday evening 12/10/17 just after 7:30 pm.

Police say the suspect displayed a knife when demanding money from the cashier. Sources say a male suspect jumped over the counter and made an employee get down on the ground. The employee described the robber as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black mask, and blue jeans.

Officers set up a perimeter in the area and sent out a K-9 unit in search of the direction the suspect may have fled.





In De Pere, an armed robbery occurred at the Shell gas station on Main Ave at approximately 3:30 am Monday morning 12/11/17. 

A man in his early 20s reportedly entered the Shell station, threatened the clerk with a weapon, and made away on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Police are still looking for the suspect. If you have any information, please contact the De Pere Police Department at (920) 339-8070.

Just days ago on December 5th, at approximately 6:07 pm, officers responded to Cousins Subs located at 2583 W. Mason St after a report of an armed robbery. The suspect in that incident entered the store and threatened a female employee with a knife. No one was injured and the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Back on Nov 27th, officers were dispatched to the Packer Stadium Lounge at 1342 S. Broadway after a suspect entered the bar armed with a gun and demanded money. No one was injured. The suspect in this incident also got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.




Back on October 25th at approximately 10:19 pm, officers were called to the U-Pump Citgo at 1233 Velp Ave for a report of an armed robbery. A male entered the store wearing all black and a Halloween mask, was armed with a handgun and demanded money from the cashier. The robber left the store with an undisclosed amount of money in this case as well.
