Green Bay Man Facing Charges After Allegedly Threatening Former Coworker with a Box Cutter





Green Bay, WI - Tai Tran, 54, of Green Bay is facing several misdemeanor charges after crossing paths on Pine Street with a minor he used to work with at Angelina Restaurant. 

According to the criminal complaint, Tran was riding a bicycle when he began threatening the minor. While getting off his bike, Tai allegedly pulled out a box cutter and went after the victim. The victim then attempted to kick Tran, which is when the suspect walked away. The teen victim was not injured in the incident.

According to documents filed in circuit court, the suspect was fired from Angelina Restaurant for threatening another minor employee while working there.

Tai was charged in Brown County Circuit Court for three separate misdemeanor charges: Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Disorderly Conduct, and Endanger Safety by Use of Dangerous Weapon. He is being held in the jail on a $1,000 cash bond and will appear in court again on September 4th.
