    1. Prohibited Alcohol Concentration. Generally, in WI it is 0.08 for a regular driver's license. Commercial drivers have a much lower legal level as do other levels of license available. If someone is already on a court order, their PAC may be 0.02 or less even in situations they have had previous operating while under the influence offenses. These charges (when there is also an Operating while Under the Influence Charged tied to it) are generally Charged, but Read Into the court record. If a charge is PAC say with Passenger Under 16 that means they were driving while legally intoxicated with a person under 16 in their vehicle and their level was above the legal limit or that person's legal limit depending on Class of License and past history.
