Green Bay Man Charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide of 23-day-old Son






Green Bay Man Arrested in Connection to Newborn Death




Green Bay, WI - Jeremiah Thomas, 31, is being held in the Brown County Jail on a charge of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide in connection to the Monday death of his 23 day-old infant son.

It is expected that Thomas will face charges today in Brown County Circuit Court. Commander James Runge with the Green Bay Police Department stated an autopsy completed on Tuesday shows that the baby had been abused.

Police will not release further information into the investigation until the charges are formally filed. This is a developing story.

UPDATE: Thomas was charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide. Prosecutors stated infant suffered two skull fractures, broke 10 of 12 ribs, and had fractures to femur and tibia.
