    • Mental Health Assessment, comply with any treatment deemed necessary by the department. Cognitive behavior therapy. Any other programming ordered by the department or agent.
    • Alcohol & drug assessment. Comply with any treatment deemed necessary by the department. Absolute sobriety. Random urine screens. No positive results.
    • Defendant advised he may never again possess firearms or body armor. Civil rights suspended until reinstated. $900 restitution to TriCity bank.
  • 2/11/14 - Initial Appearance - $10,000 Cash Bond set. 
  • 2/27/14 - Bail/Bond Hearing - Bail motion heard & DENIED.
